I recently ordered a bunch of Amazon product review articles. Communication with the guy is good. He kept me informed of a delay on the first batch and the second one arrived fairly quickly.

The quality is fine - I have to rewrite a bit to get them into shape for my sites, but the writers have already done all the research and most of the text is fine. The odd phrase here and there stands out as being non-native-like. But my rewrites are more about getting a really slick intro and tying in the articles with the rest of the site. To get these articles at the quality where I wouldn't have to touch them at all would cost double or triple the price, and writers that good are really flaky.

Final point: I'm about to order another 10-20 articles.
