I used this to diversify anchor texts. Although the anchor is a big money term, it is not what I am trying to rank (Directly). As most should know, this is how you need to do SEO now, so I can't talk about rankings (Especially with three posts).

Referring Domains Ranged from 60 - 110.
Content read well enough, as good as most PBNs. The formatting was great. Relevant images were added, good spacing, etc. It looked like a real blog / website would.
The websites I saw all looked unique. Different non - free themes, some of which I did not recognize (Big plus, most use just the same few paid themes - myself included).
Websites had unique social media additions such as active facebook pages with likes and shares.
All in all the sites looked great for PBN sites.
Now, I can't talk about ranking, but the sites looked great, content was good enough, and metrics were above average. They were not your typical dropped or expired domains but had a good amount of referring domains and ranking power from the quality and quantity of links.
