Can I use your servers for ports scanning? I have some russian guys soft for Tunells scanning, they just looks for open servers to use them for tunelling and using it as proxy servers - do you allow this and you wont close the server for outgoing connections? Also do you offer servers with windows already ready or I need to do this by myself?

No we dont allow this on our servers sorry. Due to high popularity of our VPS's we are currently out. But they come windows ready (please allow 24 hours to provision)
