I got my report today and will leave an honest review of the 10 links I received.
The links I received were all homepage links, and the metrics provided in the report were accurate except for 1 which said in the report that it was 31 TF, while in reality it was 13 TF. This is probably a simple typo though, so it is no big deal. The rest of the metrics stated in the report were the same metrics I found when I checked the domains.
That said, the metrics these domains are placed on are actually really good. Metrics don't tell the whole story though, so I checked the backlinks of some of the domains and their backlink profiles are clean. They are naturally obtained links from before the sites were used as a PBN, and some of them are on decently powerful domains.
The articles were decent but they seemed to be rewritten content from my own website, but as long as it's unique it's fine with me.
The turn around time was 12 days, which is a little bit longer than the advertised 10 days but still acceptable for me.
All in all this service is really, really good. Especially for the price. I have tried multiple PBN services in my days on BHW, but this one I will definitely use more often, that is if the quality stays the same. It is often tempting for sellers to compromise on quality once a service gets more popular and they get more orders, I really hope that this will not be the case with this service.
I was also informed that I had some bonus links being delivered soon. I haven't received them yet, but I am sure I will be pleased with them.
My 10 links are not yet indexed, which is why I have not seen any ranking improvements yet, but when they are indexed I expect to see a huge boost in rankings. It's almost inevitable with ranks of this caliber. All the blogs are indexed on Google though, so I expect my links will be indexed in a couple of days.
If I could give a tip it would be to add some more content to the blogs that does not link to other websites, but this is completely up to them. Even without it is a very good service, and I would definitely recommend it.

Thanks ! As you said, we take domains based on their backlink profile. We search almost daily for those domains with good power link power and decent archives history

Was unaware of practical problems, probably should have mentioned it 15 days instead of 10 in the thread.
