I bought a google test (1-day) for 3k visitors for ~$9.00 about/
The night before:
According to Google Analytics.
151 Visitors at Night
Current Day (@ 5pm) ~1000 Visitors
I assume the rest are coming soon. But so far they seem to interact. With about 25%-35% drop off on the first page. (Normally ~40-50% bounce rate)
(We have a lot of click-able items however, and not knowing how they get the traffic it may be targeted well? Who knows)
Only thing of note; I did see an Abnormal Amount of Visitors (5% of those who did not drop) visit the Terms of Service Page (from the home page) which usually is never visited.
Visitor States:
Seem to be the most Populous States are the #1 Visitors to the Website which is good makes it look legit.
Browsers:
Seem to be Organic values, Chrome then IE then Firefox in ranked order then some MISC odd ones (Opera etc..)
85% Desktop
15% Mobile Visitors
Ideas:
If someone uses horrible keywords, what will the bounce rates be? That should tell you how good the traffic is vs real traffic.
Takeaways:
As another user said, if the AdSense Traffic worked 24/7 then these guys would be rich. But knowing there is no sure fire way to assure that the traffic is safe for AdSense, I would use it with caution. They are selling a service which may get you burned by google just like any other Black Hat Services. But it doesn't look super fake / obvious to the trained eye. Other than the TOS being hit 5% of the time after the first page.
