I got my small package today everything seems to be great so far at least things are as advertised. Got some links at Twitter, Facebook and some other social networks. Still waiting to see if something pushes in the right direction, however, I'm pleased with the service and give this service 7 / 10 points.

I received a review copy of this service from OP and got my report a few days ago.
Everything looks to be in order and I have been given 10 PBN links that have average TF of around 25 and average CF of around 28 or so. Of course I cannot say any more about these links because OP does not provide full report, just obscured view of the URLs - This is fine because I appreciate its protecting the network which is good for everyone.

I only used generic / LSI anchors for this service but despite that I can already see green arrows for most of my keywords and some considerable movement on some of the keywords that partically match the anchor text that I used so I am happy this service is making a dent on my ranking already.
