Nope, this is a growing market and big companies are currently expanding to a lot more countries than just USA, UK and Australia. BIG potential here!

The net monthly profit heavily depends on the leads you get. As some leads are really expensive, the ROI may be lower.

This has been running since July 2015.

There is no need to tweak the lander on your part as that is handled by the ad network I work with. They take care of everything and deliver the leads accordingly. That's the beauty of this as you only receive the leads and sell them at a profit. No need to tweak anything.

Absolutely it's whitehat, nothing illegal in this. This is a lead brokering business, buy leads and sell them for profit.

I'm not spending on ads, but on leads. I buy leads from an advertising company and the price for each lead depends on location, state, zip and other details. At the moment I'm spending around $1.2k per month.

The time required to run this depends if you are going to hire the VAs to do all the work for you or if you want to do it yourself. If you get Virtual Assistants, the weekly time required is 1-3 hours. If you do everything, the time consumed depends heavily on the amount of leads you buy to process them to the service providers. The way in which the leads are processed, will be discussed thoroughly after transaction.

I don't see how this can "go out anytime", I'm not selling a ranked site in Google that it's at Google's hands. This is a lead brokering business. You buy leads and sell them for a profit.

Businesses are usually sold for 12 to 36 months of average monthly income. The sites you are referring to are ranked sites that are high-risk.

What I am selling here is a real business with BIG potential. As it's on a growing market, it can last for years to come.

Competition is healthy and it's everywhere you go.
If you don't have competition, that's usually a red flag that for some reason, something is not done.

So? If that happens, there's always an advertising company willing to work with you.

I think you are limiting yourself here, but I suggest be open to change and encourage it to adapt and keep growing.

That's not necessarily the truth. Although I've seen such prices, it's exception (or very unstable business). Normal price might be 10-30x months of income.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you state that earnings are about $1,900 per month at 10-20% ROI. So ROI per month is $190 to $380?

12 months ROI would be $2,280 to $4,560 if business is stable. That's a far cry from the $26.6k you're asking for. If you're willing to bring the price down by a lot, I'd be interested.
