My ad account was deactivated. Would I be able to use the same credit card without raising any flags? (Same goes for Paypal)

So would I be able to use a different card with my name on it?
I'm just not clear on how payments will work. Won't Facebook flag an account that uses a card in a different name? (Their fraudulent activity algorithm is very sensitive)

With our accounts, we normally have users add their own payment method if it is proper and known to be a working method with FB ads. If not, we can make additional arrangements to provide a payment method if you fit the criteria.
