I think you didn't understand my claim.

My order had to be executed on Wednesday, 30th January. And you answered me on 4th February. Weekend nothing to do with it.

And I didn't get my text and refund now, as you promised. 24 hours is over, I think.

I am not keen in writing this review of @BlogPro his customer service. I hired him to write texts for a website and we have been in contact for over 3.5 months. Due personal reasons, the project was delayed from my side, let's say one month. I have to say that the payment was not made already and I was paying him in the end of the project. At the start, he was very responsive and helpful.

In the last 1.5 month, the writer keeps making promises, then he is traveling, and other personal reasons. Keep making promises to have a result. He was unable to reach the deadlines five times. I am done with this clown and won't use your service again. I am sorry for wasting your and my time.
