I placed an order of 8k words from November last year and till now I've not received a completed report. LOL. They just sent me 6 per 8k words after being reminded so many times.

Disputing payment. Order never received and now they're not replying to emails.
I ordered on Dec.20. It was the holidays, I expected a bit of a delay so I never followed up.
Dec.30 THEY reached out to me, said they were in the middle of working on my order and I'd have it in 24hr.
Jan.2 nothing received. I followed up. Told me they were in the middle of finishing a few of my articles that I'd receive in an hour or 2. The rest delivered within 24hrs.
Jan.4 nothing received. Followed up. No reply.
Jan.5 Followed up. They said "Yes I am sorry, I'm working on them right now. I will send them as I finish. I think they should be done by tomorrow."
Jan.6 Followed up.
Jan.8 Followed up, asked for a refund.
Jan.9 Followed up.
Jan.10 I'm not getting any replies. I've filed a paypal dispute.
