Looks like the other forumers reviews were right. They were chasing OP for the status of their articles.
Ordered on 16th Jan. TAT of 3-7 days promised.
31st Jan. No updates and no articles.

Opened up a PayPal dispute on the 4th of Feb 2019. OP FINALLY responded and promised my article within 24 hours.

Looks like they will only respond to a dispute on PayPal.

Horrible service.

Right guys the worst experience ever! I ordered few time articles from them, they always delivered the articles late but that's fine as I liked the content. For the last order, they did not deliver my articles at all, did not respond to my emails and I basically lost more than $100 with them. I try to open a claim on paypal but don't understand why I did not get my money back even showing proof of the articles not being delivered! Hope ths money you will use it for something good at least! Poor people!
