And yes its preferred you wait until your wallet is fully synced before sending out payments.

however, I can't change the default rdns values.
I set new rdns values on soluvm cp 4 days ago but the ips still resolve to their default values.
Please set rdns values for my ips manually.

All servers come with Basic DDOS Filtering, but that wont hold much if you are targeted. We recommend using 3hd party DDOS Protection services in that case.

We were upgrading windows licence, having some little issue with hdd but all should be ok and server should be back today asap.

There is also a small downtime with second hosting (srv2) and techincal team is on the issue. ( dc issue not server related )

Billing period will be extended according to the downtime for everyone.

Your hosting server is down again. Second time this week . Can you estimate how often this will be happening?

Unfortunately users take advantage of our shared hosting services and do direct streaming which is resulting in server downtime because its resources are overwhelmed.

We are working on rooting out the problematic users and we are sorry for the downtime. If you can send me in PM your registered email and website i can transfer you to another stable node.

We might go back to not offering shared hosting anymore, we are still looking in ways to do damage control before that if we can. ( Will not affect current shared hosting customers )
