There's definitely an overall improvement of my targeted keywords after using this service.
It's still dancing but my targeted keywords are hitting the first page when some of them are on the second page before.
I managed to find some of his pbns and I have to say, the backlinks pointing to the pbn are definitely clean. Other's might offer super high outrageous metrics, but when checked most of them hacked their links.
