i'm having same issue. service was great when i bought them. now they're all dead/way too slow to work with. support ticket from months ago still open with no response. i will be switching to another provider.

This proxy service is very bad in my experience. Takes time to fix issues, proxies keep on being down for multiple times since I've used this proxy provider.

There was a problem with our data center. They suppened our servers without reason. I got same tickets from clients. So we can answer all tickets. But the problem was fixed.

It was happened 2 time this month. But i think the backconnect system is working fine now.
