I have received my report few days back but couldn't review it until today as I was traveling.
I had a thorough look over the report and I have gone through individual links.
All the links are perfectly placed, and looks natural. The links bring a lot of diversity which I love!
The blog post was posted in a 23/25 TF/CF site which is really incredible. The DA/PA is around 20.
The web 2.0 property seems to be manually created and does not look like spam property at all.
Overall the quality is very good. Recommended!!

Got a total of 18 links from OP , 10 are what you can all high PR profile links ( they are profile links but what is the PR - well, we will never know but it looks like when PR was a thing they were at least PR6) , 5 bookmarks, 1 web 2.0 , 1 link from his PBN and a press release.
The profile links are exactly as you can expect them to be with some are .GOV and some .EDU - no complains what-so-ever. The bookmarks are on good sites too - reddit, url,org etc so it's OK to have these.
The web 2.0 i was sent was a livejournal - nice readable article on the topic of my site of about 400 words + 2 related images.
I have only seen a screenshots of the PBN link so I can't comment on the quality of the site but the article is again well written and has suitable image.
It's been only 2 days and none of the links are indexed yet but I guess when they are indexed they will give a nice little boost. This is a good service to diversify your backlinks profile with quality links from many different places
