Thank you for your reply and we appreciate your feedback on our services. Normally the captcha is a security feature invoked by Google, which would prompt you to solve the captcha prior to being able to proceed further. Once you are able to satisfy that request, you should be able to use the proxies on Google thereafter. Whereas if you would like to upgrade your proxy subscription, please upgrade through your proxy dashboard's "Upgrade" panel (and not the "Buy New Proxy Package" panel), and that would allow you to upgrade your subscription further. If you have questions concerning the upgrade, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support panel here: [email protected] , for further assistance. As someone said before: every time I go to Google I have to solve a Captcha and I would like to understand why and if there is something we can do to avoid that. (For 4 Dedicated proxies I get this Captcha, must say everytime).
I also wanted to buy some more dedicated proxies today, but I can't because the option of Dedicated proxies in your website is not clickable. Aren't there any dedicated left, or what's the problem?
Our dedicated proxies are definitely dedicated in nature - the IPs are not shared, and once assigned into your account, only you will be able to use those proxies respectively. The performance of the proxies would also depend on a variety of factors, such as the proxy's location, the website that you are accessing, and the quality of the internet during the relay to your PC or server. Please do get in touch with our customer support channel here: [email protected] should you require assistance in using your proxies. Thank you.For me the same. I guess that dedicated does not mean that it is dedicated only for you.
Moreover sometimes some of the proxies are very slow. I am suspicious that at that time someone uses that proxy too.
