I'm looking for a new proxy provider and gotta say you're handling complaints and issues like the above one very well.
But then I read this response which did disappoint me. I'm sure you know that IPs change constantly on your smartphone, thus authorizing the smartphone's IP will maybe work for 5 to 300 minutes, depending on the provider and the way you move.

Thank you for your interests in our services. Generally, the proxies are primarily used through a software, which supports a variety of authorization type respectively, due to its versatility. The proxies are less used on a mobile. We do support username/password authorization as well, and if you are able to set the proxy's username/password authorization onto your smartphone, when programming it to use a proxy, then you should be able to use the proxy respectively. Great service! Proxies are elite as they say, not blacklisted, and fast. I've tried many services and most lie and give you blacklisted proxies or ones which are not elite anonymous.

Good price too.

I recommend them!

Only thing I wish they'd fix is the login issues - often it says "wrong password" but on second attempt with same password it lets me log in. Also you need to receive a code to your email each time you want to log in but sometimes it does not arrive.
