I just received my amazon site. It's well designed and has some really good content on it. They did a very good job on finding low competition keywords.
I ordered the Enterprise Package and I'm very pleased with the result

I did get an email from him Saturday if that is any help, his sites have an average TAT of about 7 days, so sometimes you have to have a little patience. I do hope this communication issue gets resolved so fingers crossed for you guys
