What annoys customers even more than not keeping the initial promise and not communicating, is not to keep 2nd and 3rd promise too.

I hope I will be proven wrong by the quality of your output, that it was all worth it, but this has been the most annoying piece of online purchase in a long time so far.

We've had reports on this service - there's a lot of posts here saying that their order hasn't been resolved or they're waiting for a reply. @keywordspot - please make sure all outstanding orders are accounted for and resolved by Friday 26th January, otherwise I'll close the thread until every member posting here has advised me that their order has been delivered as promised.
