I have been paying for proxies to make accounts. Unfortunately, some of the "private" proxies I bought were not able to create accounts. Some were blacklisted, some were from countries that the big sites did not like.

Then I realized I could use Private Internet Access (a vpn) and cycle through their proxies to make accounts
Maybe that tip will help some of you. Unfortunately I still need my so called "private" proxies for SERP checking so I cannot get rid of them. I guess 12 bucks a month is cheap for checking SERPs but I don't like it.

That phone tip is great. That is unlimited IPs to make accounts.

I like the phone tip, do you even need to reboot it, just disconnect from the network?

Also,

for creating IG accounts you could use temporary emails so that you don't have to create an email each time ;)

I do like the phone idea, but per location they only assign you a limited number of ip addresses for your phone.

Just like the difference with static / dynamic routers.. Couldn't find any better way of doing things.

Remember to make all of the accounts early before this patches up so you don't leave any unfinished work behind.

Great information for those just getting started with social networks, or needing a large quantity of non-PVA types of accounts. For a lot of people's uses - this works just fine. So if you can't afford to buy quality proxies, or don't mind spending the time and effort on this or automating it - it's definitely an opportunity to stockpile some accounts and get some projects moving.

Great info! I didn't know about your carrier assigning you a new IP everytime you restart. Must check.

This would be great but I heard someone say Instagram and Facebook log your device ID when you access the app on your phone, ultimately being able to connect all your accounts together. But I'm not sure if anyone has tested this out completely. OP have you being using this method for some time now with no issues?

Tested and working smooth on SAMSUNG S5 (Using apps; Gmail and Facebook).
Great share OP!

You have to clear your phone cache and temp.files if you want to wipe phone clean before each new account.
