There is no way to pay in the United States other than Bitcoin which is currently over $15 per transaction. Was hoping to take the $2 trial then signup but without a way to pay it's impossible. You should really think about adding Litecoin or Ethereum as payment options as well since they don't have the huge transaction costs.
