i also check as minimum domains for CF/TF, but usually i try look to backlinks - how many, how quality, how organic, and of course that domains don't used for SEO early
i have own software for checking domains, backlinks etc so i can work with custom orders - just wrote me to email address or to Skype or to PM in which parameters you interesting and i will try help you

don't have nothing and can say that find domains with organic backlinks in this niche very-very hard

i am novice at this forum and nobody used my service, but i think that you don't need any review for like service:
all domain names you see before buy - so you can check backlinks, metrics, web archive etc
if you think about scam in money question then i wrote that ready for any escrow service which give safe to both party and of course if i deal with buyers like you with many posts, reputation etc then of course i ready push domain first (depends from total amount of course)

CF/TF you can see in list, DA/PA can check yourself or say which domain you interesting and i will say you DA/PA
