It seems to be pure fraud. There is no short term test with reasonable price, promised trials does not work (not for me and not for dozens of reporters) - the minimum test cost is 95$ and if you want to try russian addresses as well is 195$. The service does not work with paypal since in paypal you can easily request money back if service does not work for you. The also does not have direct payment for specific service to avoid disputes - you should first add money to your balance inside the service and just then could pay. I would not advice using that ...
