Ordered logo for a client. The client supplied a brand board and messaging tone to assist with the logo design.

Ordered on Sept 26th, 2024
- Supplied the client info same time

Delivered first attempt on Sept 30th, 2024
- It was a nice design but not what the client wanted
- Requested a 2nd version. They asked for additional information. I shared a landing page with a logo example and tone of brand

October 3rd - they requested additional examples of what they wanted
- Shared brand board again

October 6th - Delivered 2nd version.
- Client wasn't happy with design. They feel it didn't reflect the brand board.



@gold service delivered logo as described in his BST and provided a revision

I wanted to add...
I was offered a refund on the transaction because the client wasn't happy.

I asked if we can just put towards other services and @gold service said "sure "
