I guess we should move away from the drama yesterday produced, but I just want to add that I in no way know Ste personally(or even online, really) and the keyword I received was stellar. My review in this thread was 100% genuine. It just looks like the keyword posted in this thread was fired out by mistake and does not represent the quality of a lot of other keywords sent out.

100% this. I in no way know Ste in real life and besides the email string after purchasing my keyword, I have never had any interaction with him outside of fuckin' around in the Lounge. But he's definitely someone I'd love to meet in real life and have a drink with, and the keyword I received was top-notch.

Thread re-opened. LinkRocket has been banned for multiple accounts and posting a malware infected link in his original post which he edited out. Have seen proof that the seller refunded him yesterday before the thread was closed however, as he bought the service, his review is valid and will stay on the thread along with Ste's reply. Infractions/warnings given to seller and other uninvolved members for abuse, trolling and hijacking the sales threads.

You are an absolute star, your professionalism throughout all this has been very impressive and I cannot thank you enough.

Despite all the headaches I give you taking time out on your sunday evening to remove family details someone posted on the forum was brilliant.

A small group of people were upset with me, and they have made my life very hard with an organised attack against me. I've had false accusations, lies and the personal details of my parents (address) posted on the forum... and for what? 1 bad fucking keyword that I bent over backwards to fix?

I didn't expect or deserve that. So lets move on.

The PM's and support I've had on skype has been first class, thank you all for that.

Despite all the shit kicking off orders were barely down on normal, so thank you everyone who saw through the actions of an idiot and his mates.

It looks like it's been resolved, so lets move on and sell some fucking keywords.

Edit: and absolutely, this could have been avoided by sending a good keyword from the start but human error is a thing. It's about how you resolve issues to make up for it

Your sales thread says: "Over the last 30 days running 24/7 your software was able to find JUST 90 of these keywords and you are only selling half of them (45 of them)"

So how is it that you have fulfilled 142 orders (as stated in a reply above) and how are you able to continue to take orders?

Curious minds want to know

29th of January we started. I was running this off a single 8GB VPS from OVH.

We're now running 3 separate 64GB dedicated servers running many virtual machines each running a copy of my software

It's easy to scale with money, the first weeks earnings were purely re-invested into scaling this.

OK, Ste made a genuine mistake and he resolved it. Problem solved. I have no idea why everyone else jumped on board with their attacks. I released my first BST in 2012 and it sure wasn't perfect or smooth. This is Ste' first BST and he's doing a fucking good job with it so far.

Not just with BST's but with anything - if you feel like something went wrong, message the seller and wait for a reply. Don't be a douche and carry out a dispute just because the seller didn't get back to you as fast as you would of liked. Believe it or not we (sellers) also have normal lives outside selling services and if you don't get a reply immediately.. just fucking wait and be patient.

'LinkRocket' said that the reviews on this thread were from close friends. Bullshit. I have never spoken to Ste in my life before this service launched. And to be honest, Ste has probably ripped me to shreds/trolled the fuck out of me in the past at some point. So I have no agenda for leaving a positive review. I spend close to 4 figs a month here buying and testing other services for my personal sites but if you take a look through my profile you'll see that I never leave reviews. And in the rare case that I do, it's because the service genuinely impressed me.

Outside of Ste' trolling, he's actually a pretty cool guy from the few times I've spoken to him and he genuinely cares about this service and how it performs. Like Ste said, mistakes happen. A mistake happened here a few days ago and Ste fixed it professionally - which is something you don't see much these days. If anything - it should make this service MORE reliable and trustworthy as you can see Ste seriously believes in this service.

Keyword comp looked like a bit stronger than expected(but not extra super hard, just a lil bit more hard). I asked for support... And I got support in no time, in an extremely professional manner, I got a better, superlow comp keyword. Ste does not sell crap: the price is not cheap, but it absolutely fits the product, you don't have to wait for days to get assistance, communication is fast and easy. I absolutely recommend this service.
Cons: no pics of hardcore panda sex. If you are a furry, you shouldn't buy anything from Ste, he will leave you disappointed.

To start off with, I find this really rude. However, for the sake of transparency, let me clarify a few things that you have alleged:

1. First of all, when I liked those posts (some, not all) of LinkRocket (I don't exactly remember about anyone else, be it nanexo (haven't ever known him/her) or anyone else), he hadn't been banned by then. Neither did I know of his fake accounts and dubious activities. At that time his account of the incident seemed more legit to me, and hence out of my free will and judgement I liked those posts. Otherwise, I have never even spoken with LinkRocket in my life, be it here on BHW or someplace else. As Apricot took action and explained the situation, I realized that it was an exaggeration on his end and your handling of it was reasonable. In fact, that is what made me to place the order.

2. It's very unprofessional of you to decline and refund a genuine customer order based on pure speculation. If it's within the rules of BHW, I demand Moderator intervention in this issue because I had PMed you several times before placing the order and you didn't raise this issue back then.

If I had any intention of creating another bit of drama, I'd rather buy a larger package to show how "miserable" your delivered keyword is. Instead I ordered the small package as a trial, so that I could order larger ones based on that experience.

That's not the right attitude of a businessman, buddy.

Which business owner doesn't act like he's the boss of his own product? Even some automated merchant system rejects certain payments due to high risk even if he's clean, but that's how the way goes for any business. It's either you're really desperate for his keywords or here to create another shit storm. Which i think you just did. But if you really want a taste of his keyword, I have a way. But I'm not going to do that.

Anyway, i meant to post a review and saw yet another buyer trying to create a problem for him so I had to say something. I'm different than most people here who are veteran SEO's who know by a glance whether the keyword is on what level of competition (call me a noob). What I know is just theory, and even if the kw he sells me is actually harder than the average low, I do not know for sure. I based it alot on metrics, and their individual on page seo. It looks similar to another kw I bought recently from someone else in terms of having ecommerce sites filling the page 1. But over time, I've come to accept that if there is ecommerce kw, expect ecommerce sites to be there. There's another guy by name of spencer haws where his idea of low competition is based on seeing other similar affiliate sites on page 1 and his own tools spit out low KC for such kw. Ste goes on to say if there's such sites on page 1, that ain't low competition because you'll be fighting with SEOs, which totally makes sense to me now.

Since seeing a 2nd time my ordered showing ecommerce sites (and Ste's kw have way weaker ecomm sites on page 1 which is cool), I'm partially convinced this to be the standard of low competition. But as mentioned, I don't know for sure, but my method of determining whether it's low enough competition is by using methods taught by lightningblitz and using his recommended sellers. Bottom line is, in order for me to determine if it's a low comp kw, is by testing it.
