We would like to notify you that your site has an article named - ###
A month ago one writer with username Anuj291(warrior forum) has contacted us for this job. Apparently he is refusing to pay for the work we (www.###.com) had done. We had also searched on copyscape and found that the articles are used in your site. He had agreed to pay a sum of $3.5 for the articles (3 in total of which only one is seen posted in your site.) and had failed to make the payment.
Please give us a clarification or else you will be obliged to remove the specified content from your site. We would be launching a content copyright violation claim on Google alerts and your host.
a. Your site will suffer a duplicate content penalty in search engines.
b. We will work to sandbox sites with our contents that are not paid.
Please contact me with your clarifications. We would be launching the complaint on 23 Feb 10, so please contact us before that.

This person had worked for me as a Ghostwriter and had scammed me for a total value of $300 - i raised the issue with paypal and because of which he has now started to send such messages.
He has clearly lied here as well - as the rate fixed where different -- i still have the email proof of the same.
I have the proof(in forms of email from clients) that this person is a scam...
I have already sent you a PM

hello , can you check you email?
i recieved 3 articles but they did not all meet the standard
youu writers did nor follow the rules.
the articles them self are well written.But not the just ones.

I would request everyone to read carefully - The problem is not about duplicate content - But a scam person claiming that i have not paid him and has used his Service.
We never create duplicate content and you can see the results by checking the 3 pages of reviews and replies clients have made.

i payed 50 dollar after recieving 3 articles.
with the promisse i would recieve everyday 3 articles.
i did not recieve a thing yesterday or today.
so what is happening.
You also don't answer your emails i send you
and like i told you the quality was low .
please contact me as fast as possible.

There is no scam - i am here to satisfy our clients and in process make money. If this was a scam you will not see over 100 replies on my thread
