swords12 - are you sure you have done retail arbitrage before? Your complaint about the product selection/margin has more to do with your selection from the results PS give you than the software. The software is doing its job - its finding the products with the margin. Its up to you to pick how big of a margin you are looking for. It also has settings in there to have more exact matches to the title - which again is set by you. AND the ebay data it finds is based on most recent sold products in the past 30 days.
Basically - although this software does a lot - you STILL need to choose the right product. This software just narrowed down millions of searches and days upon days of work, into a coffee break and pinholed the results for you to do the final check and decision.
As a software developer you should know the difference between the functions of a software - and the variable of an end user. Your review is heavily skewed towards end user variables.

I've used the demo and I'm buying it later today. My husband was walking by as I was playing with it and he was blown away - he wanted me to buy it right away so HE could play with it when he got home from work. hahaha I have done amazon to ebay arbitrage, amazon to google shopping arbitrage, and amazon to ecom. The work involved is pretty significant and this software is going to let me get back into it with software that is much higher caliber than is usually released. I applaud the monthly fees as the server power needed for this is significant and I would be HIGHLY suspicious if they were doing a one time fee. Monthly = Upgrades/Updates and amazon and ebay both change things often.
If you are using the software the way you should the monthly fee should be a drop in the bucket in terms of how much you make from the results it gives you - if not you're using it wrong. There are a lot of people in this arbitrage game - with this software you suddenly have an unfair advantage. If you don't see it..more for me =)

Made $25 simply using the demo for 1 day on the items found from Profit Spy.
Purchasing the Detective Plan today, so I can start making this a habit!
I appreciate the demo and thanks for bringing this to the marketplace. An incredibly well built piece of software that is needed in a market without any clear solutions!

Here's my personal review after trying out the demo, which offers 24 hours of (almost) all the features of the product.
Software looks great overall. Does what it's supposed to do - scrape Amazon items and see if there's a profit to be made on eBay. I loved how quick you were able able to do arbitrage compared to other softwares. With the upcoming updates, definitely a solid software for experienced dropshippers.
Why do I say experienced?
Because the customer support (at least the guy I spoke to) is douchey as fuck. I made the same mistake twice because I did not understand it the first time with the training. Instead of explaining it to me, dude deleted the stuff I did and said '' Its very plain and simple. Please do not continue to make these easy mistakes. I will have to cancel the demo.'' ''All Im asking is that you use a little common sense, which you dont tend to have much of apparently.'' Even if I was polite all along and made a single mistake. Simple, I agree, but hey, we don't all spend 15 hours a day using your software mate. So if you get the software, I wouldn't bother asking for help - that's why you'd need some experience - although you can get the hang of it yourself after a while.
Mistake was I used a bad link for the scrappe.
As for the price, I'd say it's a little bit over priced. But you can definitely list more quality items with it so that wouldn't take me away from getting a subscription.
I decided not to buy the software because I can't deal with these kind of peeps. but if you don't care about customer support and if price doesn't matter much to you, Profit Spy is a nice grab.
PS whoever-i-talked-to: I know you told me to fuck off the first time I told you that, but you should really get off your high horse when you're trying to sell your products. Trust me, you'll deal with a lot worst than my mistake. Your impatience will cost you a lot of money.

I bought a high limit stealth account ebay/paypal from this vendor. It was delivered within the time frame, communicated well, got all the details. However, before I had even logged into the ebay account, it had been suspended the same day it was delivered. This was not grafx's fault, his supplier had given him a bad apple. This happens sometimes and since it wasn't my fault or his, he was able to replace the stealth accounts quickly with no hassle. Thanks, appreciated your great customer service.
I bought the online ebook/resources as well and they were good with adding to my knowledge of how to do this. Grafx has been quick to reply to all of my questions about different areas. I'll update once I start selling on the account I purchased, going to build up the cookies a bit more with my VPN.

Hello. Actually i was going to ask about his Ebay accounts but found your post. Do those accounts come with 100% positive feedback on them? And did you get a reason why Ebay suspended the 1st account? I am asking this because i just want to know if there is a way to recover such accounts in case Ebay suspends your 2nd account (the existing one) also in future.

Just purchased the basic plan to try out. Anxiously awaiting the login so I can begin testing it thoroughly and see what it has to offer. I've got a bit of experience already with Amazon to Ebay, so I'm hopeful this tool will take me to the next level and above. Already have a somewhat aged eBay account w/ a 160 item limit, so I don't have to waste time setting up a new one. I've never had the opportunity to run into a powerful piece of software this early, so I'm eager to maximize it to the best of my ability.

Ok so Im testing Profit Spy. I like it a lot and it is really powerful There is some features like grabbing the ASIN from the amazon link that I would love to see. But this is one powerful piece of software. I makes life a lot easier and finding profitable items much quicker. I removes the guess work from the system. I would encourage anyone that is into retail arbitrage to definitely check out the demo and then move on to become a client. For beginners it is really something that will make you money in the long run. It is just expensive to start using and that can push some not to invest in the software so if your going to use this know that in the beginning say first 6 months while your building up your accounts and ratings it might cost you more than you make but it will change your life in the long run with profits that you won't be able to imagine if your not using it. You can easily in 12 months of hard work pull down $1000 a day. maybe even more. I would say a reasonable goal for me that is achievable by anybody would be to get noting less than $200 - $500 profit a day after only 1 year, it might not be get rich quick but it definitely can become passive income when you reach those numbers. Hire them VA's automate everything.
