Don't go for this service. These are scammers. Your best bet for DCMA Ignore hosting is serveria or kvchosting.

I second that worst support ever and slowest too. one of their ticket reply was "sorry i can't help" without even reading my question in which I had asked to upgrade me because the server was running really slow despite having removed my sites from their server.

Alright since i don't get a reply on skype or from their ONLINE CUSTOMER supprt, i am writing my concerns about this hosting.
Almost all my websites are down every single day and this guy doesn't care nor replies to any of the ticket. I need to move on to a different hosting but i am stuck since i cannot even take backups of my websites as his own website is down most of the time.
