Hi Op, made purchase yesterday and was faced with the below issue. Dropped support ticket to you but it has been more than 24 hours and your support has not reverted to me. Can you please check and revert asap? I know this is not a support thread but I have not been able to get any response from your support so far.

Problem resolved for me and hosting works well. Speed is good. I guess OP has been generous with his system resources. Newbies, fyi, there is no such thing as unlimited resources but hosting provider will do their best to provide as much resources as possible in a shared hosting environment whereby they can still retain profitability.
