I hate to be the one to write a bad review. But this experience has been the worst experience I ever had in my entire life working with a content writer. I hired TechFinder to write me 60 product reviews, 1k words each, as well as a lot of website articles. This is for a website in the web hosting niche. I viewed one of their samples they sent me here,
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7mndzufweviqro8/Top 10 Coconut Oils (1).docx?dl=0 and it looked fine to me.
What I received was different than the sample I looked at. The content I got back from then was poorly written, it had poor grammar, many typos and it was poorly researched. I told TechFinder about my concerns and they told me they would go back and edit all of the documents that had any typos. They sent it back to me and it came back and it still was horrible. The content is so bad that I cannot even use it. The content may be good to use on a crappy web 2.0 website, but not my main money making authority site. Who would want to use content poorly written by a non-native non English writer who poorly researches the topic at hand? I certainly wouldn’t.
I almost feel defrauded through this entire experience. TechFinder replied again to my concerns and told me “We are still ready to provide the content as per your demand if you mark the error and mention to requirements clearly.”.
I responded asking them “will they hire me a native English speaking author who actually writes good English and can do proper research? If not, then how will they ready to provide the content per my demand?”
Some of their horrible examples of article writing are attached. Or view links here:

It’s a complete shit show. Here are some of the horribly written nuggets they sent to me about web hosting. “Got your very own website? Hoping to begin on your site? The first and a standout amongst the most critical activities are to search for a web hosting administration! “. Lol, you could tell this was written by an Indian (no offense). All of the articles are written like this. See some of the attachments. They sent me 30 articles similar to this. How can I fix that? I can’t. How can they fix that? By hiring a native English writer who can actually write good content.
Next are the reviews, there were a lot of things the writer said were incorrect. For example one review says about Bluehost “The control panel of the Bluehost web hosting service is known to build on the cPanel product which is a very popular one. It helps make the control panel easy to use and unique from the rest. Bluehost has kept every need of their customer in their mind while designing the control panel.” Except the fact Bluehost didn’t design it, it’s just provided to them by cPanel. Anyone can do a Google search and see what kind of control panel they have. The writer cannot even be bothered to do proper research.
Throughout all the reviews they wrote “this is known” this or “it is known that”. It got incredibly annoying. Nobody talks like that. Nobody says things like “It is known I am writing a bad review because TechWriter cannot hire good writers. It is known to them they cannot find qualified writers”. Very annoying. Nobody writes like this. From the poor grammar, various typos, and sentence structures, there is nothing they can do to fix the problem except find a new writer.
I wish I could get a refund. I almost feel cheated. I actually feel sorry for anyone who can actually use the content they deliver for their own website. It may be good for shitty web 2.0 sites, but not your own authority site. I would be so embarrassed to use what they delivered, and they should be ashamed of themselves for this. Next time before I hire a content writer, ill simply have them write a few articles before I have them write so many. That way you don’t get stuck spending nearly $600 for shitty content you cannot use because the lazy Indian writer who wrote your content couldn’t be bothered to do enough research for the topics you need written and who isn’t a native English speaker to know what they hell they are writing. Buyer beware!
