I have no horse in this race, but these types of links make great tier one properties, stabilize rankings when spamming something, help Parasites rank (That magical authority they tend to need), and best of all, clients love them.

Hi, don't want to sound stupid, but I checked those links and they do not appear in ahrefs. Also, they are just forums, they don't even seemed to be indexed on Google. I really wish to make a purchase here, but can you help me in understanding this? I have a ton of backlinks that other backlink checker will show, but considering the weight of link, which obviously says that it won't bring much traffic for Google to even consider this, how is this beneficial?

They are both actual blogs and indexed in Google. Obviously if your post is brand new it might not be indexed that second...
