So far 1 week in and these are the results. I have been using white hat SEO all the time and I hope my 2 years of hard work doesn't go down the drain.
I do hope things will turn around soon. So far response from them has been fairly decent. Not entirely sure if they have written the articles too. Will keep everyone updated.

No - if you read the sales thread again, you'll see that the BRAND option is where we simply use brand anchors as your keywords. This is obviously going to mean much slower results, but it's a lot safer in the long run.

Sorry but I think you're misinformed if you thought you were going to see results in a week.
Our TAT is currently 2-3 weeks. Secondly, you chose the BRAND option. This plan is going to take several months to kick in before you see any noticable results in your rankings. As explained on the sales thread, if you wanted to see quicker results directly to your keywords, you should be looking at going with the NON BRAND option.
The BRAND option is a lot slower in comparison, and is only to be used when you can afford to wait several months for results to kick in. Most of our clients on the BRAND option usually order it as a "background" service whilst they continue to build other links targeting their main anchors.
I hope this helps, feel free to send me a PM if you need any clarifications but the BRAND option was never designed to give results in less than a month, let alone a week.
