Edit - have already received my keyword from the OP, super quick turn-around which is great. Keyword is 4 words, search totals are within specified range, and Google confirms the figures provided by the OP. Mine has one domain at position 7 that has my keyword in a URL (what-is-a-keyword.html). That domain has 16.3K backlinks from 379 referring domains. I've got no doubt that I can build and rank a site pretty decently at any rate, and there is more than enough search traffic to make it worth my while.

I will say that my Excel spreadsheet is 63 lines long, and 20 of those lines are red because they have been purchased or given away.
EDIT: 2k - 4k gone, will deliver all pending orders in the AM.

From my personal experience, it is not easy to get buying keywords with no competition. Trust me, i have spent 100s of hours searching for keywords.
