This is an excellent point and I can't believe I forgot to mention it in the OP.
It would be very strange for someone to search for one of these keywords if he or she did not have strong buyer intent.

Do NOT buy these.
Why? I want to buy the rest of these when I have the funds. These are not cheap but here is a run down:
KW had 3K searches.
Item is targeting 300 + Products
Jared is super helpful
Competition?
I go more in depth than most people. I check out top 50. I have seen some weird s*** with some stores (Amazon, Walmart) ranking above some KWs with a hidden PBN and a bunch of links. Call me anal, but I do things like this to make sure my KW really is 'easy'.
Well, Jared gave me a KW and the top 10 results. On face value, good KW. I looked into SERPs for top 20, well, very easy KW. For humor sake, I went another page. No PBNs, no good link profile, no Parasites. It was an easy KW. As easy as they come. Some junk links on an aged domain I have in the niche I expect it to rank on its own.
These are great KWs and you should be able to make a ROI QUICK. If you have the money, this will save you hours of work yourself and $$$ in SEO.

Jared shot me an email a couple weeks ago asking if I'd be interested in reviewing what he is offering in this BST. I've been traveling so I did not have the time to get back to him but when I did he shot me a keyword that I am 100% sure I would never have discovered myself.
The keyword has such insignificant competition on the first page that to rank it, and a bevy of associated longtail's, is going to be child's play.
Jared based his monetization on Amazon and the product that is tied to this keyword sells for between $200 and $300. Consider that the percentage on Amazon products for someone who works Amazon, and generates a moderate amount of sales, can be as much as 8%.
The actual keyword, ignoring any longtail's or the plural version, has searches of close to 3000 a month. The plural is a another 400 a month in searches.
Take your sale price divided by your percentage and consider the searches you would capture with a site that is ranked, which as I said above will be a piece of cake, and you have a very nice monthly income from what could be a very small site.
But wait there's more!
I took that keyword and put it in keywordshitter and there are literally thousands of more searches tied to this that I am sure I'll be able to capture.
My expectation is to have to generate somewhere around 7,000 to 10,000 words of content, structure the site as I would any other small site, be sure my on-site is as it should be and do some nonaggressive inexpensive SEO and I will have a little annuity that will generate a very nice bank deposit from this one site every month.
Now, I did not pay for this keyword as this is a free review, but had I paid it would have been $139.00.
If I outsource the content at even three dollars per 100 words I would be spending $300 for the content. If I have my VA set up the site it will run the another 40 or so dollars.
All told for less than $500 I'm going to have a set it and forget it build and bank website using just this one keyword as the base and my expectations would be to generate no less than $1500.00 to $1800.00 a month after about a 2 month period once I get the majority of the ancillary keywords ranked as well.
I'd be real shocked that this particular BST does not end real fast because these are keywords whose return on investment is stupid good and can be stupid fast without a whole lot of effort.
If you are looking to build anything of significant long term value in the Amazon niche (I'm sure there are other ways to monetize as well), you would be sitting in the catbird's seat on a fat wallet.

So Jared sent me a keyword to review that receives roughly 3.6k searches a month claiming that it has "no competition"... And he wasn't kidding!
I analysed the links, keyword density, DA, PA, domain age, etcetera of various pages up to the end of the 4th page for the keyword Jared sent me. Honestly, I can't say that anyone is really targeting this keyword! Nearly all of the pages had a keyword density under 0.20%, others didn't even have the keyword at all (even on the first page), and most of them had 0 backlinks pointing to their pages. Upon further research, there was even 1 result that wasn't even ranking in position 1 for it's own URL in Google (not just the brand name, but the entire URL!).
There were also a copious number of products (873 to be exact) that could be sold through the Amazon Affiliates program, with many of the Prime and Best Sellers being sold between $70 and $140. As T0mmy said, these are keywords with commercial intent, which is exactly what you want out of a keyword if you plan on selling a product to the visitors you receive.
Overall, these keywords are well worth the money and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying his keywords. Thanks again Jared and good luck with paying for your hospital trip!

Jared.. Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to review the service mate. I don't do anything with amazon we had our differences in the past over cookies and cream.. this keyword is perfect for there. Besides that I honestly don't have the time right now with other business commitments. So I got my keywords and I gotta say... holy shit. Jared's service, attitude, delivery, quality is on fucking point. Gave me the keywords (I say 2 because he gave me another one because of some delay and confusion - which wasn't even necessary!), an image to longtail pro results (with competitiveness ranking), suggestions on how to rank, what to rank, etc.. At first I thought these reviews in the thread could've been possibly friends helping out a friend, but I'm thrilled to be wrong!
My only hope is he doesn't double dip and give these keywords to someone else, but I can tell by how helpful he is that that's not what he's into. If you're reading this thread with doubts - remove them. If you're on the paypal checkout page - just do it.
