I was emailed quite some time ago saying my site will be finished by the end of the month or a full refund will be given. I'm still waiting on a completed site which hasn't been delivered as promised and now I'll be waiting for a refund that I'm sure I won't get as well,
It's annoying to say that there few and far between sellers here on bhw that are true to their word and what's more annoying is that it give the reputable honest sellers a bad name.
Can the mods look into this as I'm sure I'm not the only one in the this situation here.

I don't know about you guys, but for me to be square, I'd either like my full site or a full refund + cost of the domain for our trouble and faith after months of getting jerked around. Four months waiting for a site with a 14 day TAT is a bit extreme. I guess I'm dumb enough to think he'd make this one deadline with everyone jumping down his throat even tho he's ever made any deadline he's quoted me before.
Not sure if we're even getting our money back as he told me in June he's out of funds...

Update --> July 8th - July 17th
- 6 sites are still pending from all orders accepted and received previously, they're still being fulfilled and accounts courtesy free offers (and perks) have being extended according to account delays and specifics
- I did bite more than I could chew, thus, only 1-2 sites will be accepted each week once re-opened for new orders
- No new orders are being accepted until fully finished with the 6 sites left this month, so sample sites aren't being sent to new potential clients
- Samples will be sent once all orders have been fully fulfilled, which only 6 sites remain.
Thanks to every single client for the patience and support, services would be re-started very soon once the 6 sites left have been fulfilled and delivered according to my service standards.

I have a very bad experience with Francis, he took the money, made a lot of apologies for each delay. Three months after my order, he doesn't deliver what he sold and what I paid for. If I ask for a reimbursement, the only answer is that his Paypal account is empty. Pure Liar and Pure Scam.

I've given him a warning that he's got til 8am ET Monday to deliver my site before I shitlist him. I haven't heard a peep from him since the 9th either and my last few emails have gone unanswered. He is honestly the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with on or offline.
