Hi all if you have followed this thread you would have Seen me leaving a few replies here throughout this time and I just want to give you guys an update.
I bought his Enterprise Package on 22nd April (before he went on "holiday") and communication has been great BEFORE I paid. After I paid I did not receive any updates or communication until I kept chasing him through any means I could. He did not accept my Skype contact request as well.
I was nice and thought I'd give him time because he said he is "going on holiday until 4th May" during that time. So i waited and waited until it has passed his "holiday period" but still no replies.
If you check the thread history you can see Seopublicist came back and left a post here saying he is "finally back - after personal hiccups"
I finally got my project related email from him with the preliminary keyword research on the 24th May, and that was the only piece of work related to my site that has been done or showed to me in a month.
I have lost contact with him again after this. I consider so far 0.1 out of 10 of the overall project delivered - since it's just a prelim keyword research and this part is nothing compared to what needs to be done in the enterprise package (biggest package he offers)
I am really disappointed and fed up with chasing him and not getting replies or updates or any work done.
I have requested for a full refund now and notified him by email and PM - as stated on his terms he will deliver within 15 days TAT or full refund. Also he has a bonus term that stated he will buy the site back off you if you are not satisfied (not even have a site at all though lol)
seopublicist - I am notifying you that you have 24 hours to respond to my requests or I'll inadvertently have to start a shitlist against you. Sorry I don't want to play this waiting game anymore.

Hey guys. I've been deployed on orders for a couple of weeks now on temporary orders(Army - 4 weeks) and will be returning this Sunday. Sinnir and everyone else pending (about 5 orders not finished yet) , I'll settle everything late night tonight. That includes "Sinnir", "Kevron" and everyone else that privately contacted me by phone and via "pm" tonight, and that'll still stay with their investment. Apologies for those that waited a lot and for those of you who are still pending final touches of their sites. Thanks for the calls. It'll get resolved tonight. My original request was for a full refund inline with your terms and condition and I think it is very fair that I am asking for a full refund:
You still have a little short of 6 hours before the 24 hours time is up to proceed my rightful refund, otherwise I am forced to open a SL as stated in my previous post.
Will you act honourably?
PS: in light of your first disapperance which caused clients looking for you, this time round don't you think you should have informed us ahead of time that you got deployed by the army all of a sudden which rendered your disappearance again?

June 11th Updates:
- In light of the recent weeks schedules I've just refunded $910+ in refunds from orders that were never started and/or were pending a start, as I had stringent commitments locally to fulfill and I am still completely booked entirely for new Adsense sites
- "Sinnir" a full refund is already scheduled on your account as agreed. I understand your follow ups, apologies here. No excuses. I'm confident your feedback will change for a positive in a few days
- Those that paid for custom sites and paid regular prices in May, details fully sent by email!
- Services for new orders are temporarily suspended until further notice

Any update for me? Placed an order March 3rd and still no site and no communication from you since the end of April. I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here, but this has stretched on 5 times your 14 day TAT.

I'm in the same boat as many of the users above. I didn't want to write my negative experience with SeoPublicist, waited patiently for the work to be done, gave him more than a lot of time, but at the end, I got nothing but fake promises. I want to share my experience here and hope to get an answer at least here, because several last emails of mine have been ignored.
April 4th - domain bought, everything is ready, he stared working on my project (enterprise package)
April 11-12 - I ask how things are going and received an answer, that 60% of the content is done and design will be fully ready within 48 hours(it was half done)
April 23rd - I send an email, asking how things are going, design was not updated, nor the content was uploaded. NOTICE that TAT is already exceeded by 5 days and I have the right to get a full refund
April 27th - I got an answer, which was shocking. He said that everything is going well, 9k content is already done and design will soon be updated. 9k content is ONLY 30% of my order, before he said that 60% was already done. After my reply, he replied back and said that because of a problem with the backup software, he lost all of the articles that he already wrote and everything had to be done from scratch. He said that he will update me within a week and will be fully available after may 4th. I gave him a chance and didn't ask for a refund.
May 8th - website design still not updated, not a single word of content uploaded. I wrote an email, asking what's going on, no reply.
May 13th - I wrote another email, asking to update me and stating, that I'll have to ask for a refund if he doesn't do that.
May 18th - I wrote yet another email, still asking for an update and giving him the last chance, as he seemed a really nice guy at the begging and the reviews from reputed BHW members were good also.
May 24th - I finally received an answer from him, he said that he had some personal issues and that now, everything is ok. He said that the content is ready and it's matter of uploading it, matter of 1 day.
May 25th - I asked if the content was fully ready and how much he would upload that day(as we had a special deal, I didn't want all of the content uploaded in one day). No answer from him.
May 29th - I wrote an email, asking if his words have any power at all. He promised to do the upload 5 days before and yet still, design not updated, content - 0 words on site.
May 31st - I wrote another email, that I'm very disappointed and that I'm giving him the last chance to update me or I'm asking a full refund.
Today it's June 12th. TAT is exceeded by almost 2 months. 2 of my last emails have been fully ignored till this day. I paid 400$ and got nothing but the very beginning of my website design.
Dear SeoPublicist, I have been more than kind, more than patient and ALL that I asked, was to give me fair promises and that I could wait any time needed, to receive a quality website. You gave only fake promises and actively ignored and lied to me. I feel scammed, but I can't believe that you really are a scammer. But even if you are not, you are very irresponsible to run such service. On may 24th when you finally showed up, you could give me a fair promise, not the "content ready and will be up today".

Moderators and admins should notify* seopublicit/ to care more about the orders, respect the TAT and support his client from BHW,
he cannot take money from a user and and then disappear with no skype or any other chat support,

Seems interesting service by OP, but he is not equipped to deal with huge or lot of orders.

Hello guys. Lots of facts here, but just a few set backs that are being resolved right now. I'll save the excuses and deal immediately with the matter at hand. 1) I can't identify most of the usernames here, so email is the best form of communication, that way I can update accounts ASAP and keep finishing the sites that are pending. Most of you believe in the investment already served, if such is the case, communications are being sent daily to finish each developed site this same month and free package upgrades are being to everyone still pending final content of each respective package ordered. 2) Explanations, I'll keep it short, some of you had from 30k to 100k word sites and I am now with a partner to help ease the projects still pending, in which projects need to clear this month so I can re-start on July. 3) A set back, but it'll be resolved. Each case is different, so email is best, I'll continue emailing everyone left. 4) Worst case scenario, we can't reach an agreement, you want to make money fast with "Adsense" (which won't happen fast) and I buy your site back and refund. If you keep your investment, we settle accounts with monthly perks and account bonuses which should serve best if you're into Google Adsense and low conpetition micro niches, long term. Good PBN network is done and it's my intention to assist here long term and assist ranking sites (more details on it as we move along), so I'll stay if you got a special deal as this setback is already being resolved correctly. Those that are in for long term business with the Adsense program, the relationship here would be proven to be more valuable than what you paid me as I do like to add quite a few extras upon completion. Doubts, just re-check the positive testimonials, that's all I'll add now. So as of now, please, email/email/email to get these babies done! I share some of your frustrations and my advance apologies to everyone that received delays in their respective projects. Looking forwards to your replies by email. Thanks again guys.

1) My emails have been ignored, not once. There are 2 reasons I wrote here, first, it was impossible to catch you by email, second - I wanted to let other users know about my experience and how our communication was going on throughout these MONTHS.
2) Explanations? you told me several times that the content and design is DONE and it's matter of uploading. Either you need months to do a simple upload, or you just gave out promises, which you were not able to complete. Just stretching the time, day by day.
3) I will write you an email, for the last time, but for you not to blame the spam folder, I'll remind that my order is 30k enterprise and website niche is about yoga.
4) I'll comment about the relationship and your worst case scenario. You really think that worst case scenario is that your client isn't happy because he didn't get an instant income machine? NO. you're just leading the problem to another destination. THE REAL worst case scenario has already been done. TAT exceeded by 2 MONTHS, ignoring emails, a lot of fake words, that the job is done and it's being uploaded and nothing done at the end. This is the worst scenario a client could have, only just a true scam is worse than that. Relationship proven to be valuable? spot on, that's what I thought when we started our communication, that's WHY I gave you so much time, but I'm still being ignored. In your post #270 you said "I'll settle everything late night tonight.". I did not receive anything from you, still words full of air and no real power.
I'm writing you an email with my username, I need a real explanation. I can't even imagine what you can explain and say to regain my trust. I tried my best to make a solid long-term relationship. You did your best to not make it at all.

I did send you an offer that might help alleviate the delays even if you likely confused me with other experiences you may've had here with other suppliers. I understand and I am fully aware of your account. On another note, I am doing 'quite ok' in Adsense earnings from the Adsense program - so, objectively, it would be nice seeing an entire 360 response/feedback/testimonial a few days from now from your end as your site design is already done and finishing uploading the content would be great long term for whoever ends up with that domain.
