The speed of the shared proxies is great. Unfortunately this doesn't help me as 80% of my "US" Proxies come from Russian Federation, what makes them unusable for me. Support has not responded for 24 Hours now and 1/3 of my 10 day subscription is wasted now...

Kindly note, the dancing with geolocation is caused by DB system. We are working on, but we can't guarantee the outcome.
As for our support, they usually answer within 60 minutes in average. If you are not satisfied, please don't worry, I initiate the refund process.

The Product itself is exactly the quality as described, for me it was even higher quality. After some help by OP I have been able to make usage of the Shared Proxies exactly like I wanted so im totally happy now Will definitely reorder, its really rare to receive such a kind Customer Service
