You'll need to submit a help ticket from within our dashboard. That allows us to not only process the request but verify you as well.
We can't take requests like that via BHW as we really wouldn't be able to verify you.

I really don't know much about this issue but this is like the problem with all those companies...If they were professional enough, adsense would be long gone.
