I have that issue more than 2 weeks and nobody is answering my support emails!
I contact the support on the website contact form and also the paypal email.
Is that service down? I really think to open a paypal case to get my money back.
It;s also not the first time that happen!

No the service isn't down and I haven't received emails from your since I replied to all emails I received within 24h.

TL;DR
You need to swap your catchalls (which you can easily yourself from our dashboard) and the issue will be fixed.

Been using SEOSpartan service now for 1 month, absolutely brilliant. Means I do not have to keep checking whether my emails are working in ser every day or so. Makes things a lot more automated and my VPM have almost tripled. I plan to use long term. So much easier than buying bulk throw aways worrying if they will get blocked or blacklisted. Not just that, the customer service is on point, they tend to reply immediately.
