Our hosting provider was upgrading some of their hardware and apparently this caused some kind of a bug which resulted in some of our servers being down for about 3 hours without any notice. The issue was solved in those 3 hours and everything is back to normal.

The issue was solved yesterday but I didn't respond to the emails until today.

So far, I can state that this service makes your work much easier. I hadn´t used any catchall service before, so I was a little bit reluctant at the beginning on how easy would be the implementation. Well, it is incredible easy to setup. It is also really simple setting up the automatic inbox cleanup from their web dashboard.
