• Will they have any conflict if I use them at the same time?
• Will visitors see the modal box twice, one for G+ and another for FB?

As long as the theme itself is not conflicting with the plugins both modal boxes should work but yes the visitor will see both at the same time although you could play with the settings a bit and change the % of jacked visitors which will minimize that almost completely.

Shezboy was kind enough to give me a review copy of his plugin, I don't like to leave short reviews but what can I say when the plugin is so simple and comes with a full documentation, you can't mess up the setting even if you wanted. It took me less than 5 minutes to read the documentation, understand the plugin setting, install it and configure it.

Don't be fooled by this plugin simplicity, combine it with your preferred google+ bot and you'll see wonder, I recommend you to buy it, thanks Shezboy for giving me a chance to test your plugin.
