Website deceivers. I bought a proxy on March 29 for $ 40 through Payment wall proxies was not enough and updated the package to $ 60 before paying $ 20 via paypal. Proxy did not arrange and asked for a refund. $ 20 Returned, and $ 40 promised to return within 48 hours. Today, 14.04 and money $ 40 is not returned. Support ignores on the site and by email. Wrote in the Payment Wall the seller is lying that I use their proxy, although I was blocked by the account on March 29
