How much are the current earnings ?
You said you made 50k in the last 12 months but since there is a drop in rankings and also in earnings visible how much are you earning currently?
cpalead shows $1400
and adworkmedia should be arround $300 if i'm right.
Also what surpises me is the hard drop since cpalead shows you earned in last 12 months over $40k this means thats an average of $3,333 per month but we can clearly see that last month was only arround $1400 and yesterdays profits confirm these number.This means that the income at the first 8 months had to be higher than $3,333 since now they are lower than the average of $3,333 .So if we even say you earned before about $4k per month on cpalead so why is there such a heavy drop from $4k to $1,4k ?

And if my calculation are right you are making now arround $1700 per month which would be 9 months income which in my eyes is no bargain expacially for a website which has a decreasing trend
In simple terms, let's say these sites had the best of them around the early months of the year and now is basically getting a pension for it's hard work.
From around October through March I made around $25k-$30k so you are right in saying the last few months have not been as high as them but they have continued to be in the same range of $1.5k-$1.8k per month.
Now, if you (or anyone else reading this) are NOT good in paying $15k, we can ALWAYS discuss a deal

how many pages your sites has? the content is unique or not?
The biggest site has around 42 articles, all handwritten, with images and videos, all made by me.
The smaller site has around 70 articles, all original content. Contrary to instinct you should think this one earns more, but thing is that it doesn't rank in as many keywords as the big site. It DOES rank in keywords, and even there are keywords that these 2 sites dominate in #1 and #2 in serps, but it doesn't rank in as many keywords as the big one.
Been following this thread for a while now , interesting how things will turn and who will buy them.
