Well after week or so of no contact it seems OP has gone from here and his website. The company ( if it really is one ) has nobody manning the help desk at all.
It was just to risky to stay with this company, in the end i contacted another BHW member and he moved everything for me and within minutes the whole site was moved away and hosting cancelled.
I hate to do it, however i just don't believe this hosting will be going for much longer.
It looks like everyone has gone from the company, how long before the plug is pulled and all sites disappear. I was just not going to allow a site that has over 100,000 visitors and a lot of investment and time go to the wall.

this is what was worring me, i tried every way i could to contact them. I used the PM on here, their support ticket on their site, it seems they have just vanished, in the end i was just sending messages that said " Anyone there? " as i was getting bored keep writing messages

Yeah always a risk with these small shops. I got a cheap VPS, will work on automating backup for the worst case. But honestly their prices sucked to begin with(and don't even know if those were even updated), you can find so many better deals with more reputable companies. Never got any from BHW, feel like most are just too small. A giveaway for many being just resellers are some very popular locations (such as canada for SOY, kansas for servershack etc.).

Ya, my sites went down on Friday, so I submitted a support ticket. After a few hours and not hearing a reply I come to this thread to find that he has pretty much up and left.

I bought new hosting and transfered everything off these sites while I still have access to the cpanel and I suggest others do the same.

One of the things that drew me to this hosting is the fact he has a 5 start rating....how and why? Are the star ratings at all relevant?

i bought an hosting plan several days ago there
all was fine : it was active a few minutes after payment
i bought a 2nd one 2 days ago
it's still pending...
after reading previous posts, i suppose it will be pending forever
move on guys !

The speed and quality of the servers was good, and the OP was helpful and usually around before he suddenly vanished a few weeks ago.

Any one know a hosting company with similar pricing? Hommie has not replied any PM, forum post or client messages in the site and I plan to move. Hope he's okay though, this does not seem like him at all.:-/

OP didn't reply, as usual.

I use to have a account with hommie
And for sone reason he told me he giving up
Vps , so i had to get together all my stuff and go.

I never did get a price hommie was offering ....

Then i noticed he went for hosting instead of
Vps.

Then i saw a big deal $50 for hosting lifetime offer

I didnt get involved , but i no thousands did unfortunately, hommie is a scammer but a really good one with charm and education.

I really fill sorry for people getting all there accounts deleted or shut down it a real problam

I just hope u hommie relise that prople on here got children and familys to feed and you just destroyed a lot of peoples income in some cases maybe even bankrupt , hope u sleep at night knowing what a crurl human you have become over money, it a shame as you did come over a nice person , but you true colors have come out know.......

If you was a real man you will refund everybody there money back and say sorry.
