its now officially 20 days since i placed my order and reading that somebody else placed theirs on December 9th and they still havent had their work completed doesnt fill me with a warm glow.

opening a paypal dispute isnt my preferred way of dealing with problems with a supplier but your complete silence is leaving me with very few options...

... if ive not heard from you by 8th Feb with assurances that the work will be completed by 14th feb, you'll have a paypal dispute on your hands if the work isnt completed by 14th Feb, you'll have paypal dispute on your hands.

basically, i want the work done or a total refund before we hit the 31 day mark. your choice.
