i have downloaded the demo, installed it and its ready to run, but when i test on captcha breaker it says "unable to get balance", what am i missing? I chnaged defualt port to 90 and added iport in antigate.

Please, if you can help.

I don't understand this. Why do I need to buy additional threads for a desktop software? From what I can see it is a software that gets installed on my machine and uses my own resources to solve captchas. So why the need to buy additional threads for it? What makes this any better than a OCR captcha service exactly?

This is marketing limitation. Not so many users require large number of threads. Thus we devide more expensive versions of the program. The difference with OCR services - using them you pay per captcha. buying our program you pay certain price and is able to solve as many captchas as possible. This allows so save a lot oft of money comparing to services.

Most OCR services I know charge fixed monthly price per thread. I wouldn't like to name a few here, but they come pretty close if not cheaper and they don't require you to use your computer for captcha solving.

We don't know such services. Most popular captcha recognition services, such as Antigate, DeathByCaptcha, DeCaptcha, etc. , request payment for certain number of captchas.

Well you should check out Microleaves (ReverseProxies OCR), Captchatronix, BlazingSEO OCR.. They are all non-human OCR services and from what I can see they you have similar solving percentage with some of them. Their price is a bit higher, but considering your software is self-hosted it might be about the same.

This is why I asked why do you charge per thread when the software is being hosted on our own machines. It doesn't seem logical. If I host this software on my own server, I would certainly like to use this server as much as possible since I'm essentially paying for it.

As I've explained earlier, this is marketing limitaton. This allows to devide standart version for usual users, who work in SEO and do not need a lot of threads for recognizing captchas,
and for those who want to use unlimited version with a lot of threads on servers.

You should run CapMonster2 and start sending captchas from GSA ranker to captcha-services. Our program will be intercepting and recognizing them instead of services.
