I got my review package and it got the metrics as described by OP.
The CF and TF were good.
I've checked the report in detail and didn't found any russian or chinese backlink stuff in it.
The name servers were different for the domains used by OP and the articles were well written.
They passed 100% as unique to copyscape.
One of the best PBN service I used till now and I'm awaiting for serp to get move.

It was a screenshot report actually. No prob with that I understand that the safety of the network is a priority.

I targeted some low competition keywords and I'm seeing some positive movements in my serp as well.
