Just open a dispute on paypal and you will receive your money back. Such a shame that this guy still exists on BHW.

Ordered my review site some 20 days ago. Had good communication regarding kw and domain. Bought domain and handed over the wp login.
So far he has set up a nice theme and uploaded 5 articles with picture. Still missing to fill out "about us" "contact" and "privacy policy" pages. Work is going forward but a bit long TAT!!
