A few questions...

Whats the range (Low - High) for the DA, PA, TF, and CF of your blogs?
Will you MAINTAIN your blogs to ensure they stay up for months or years to come?
I don't wanna point names, but the last service I ordered, after a few months all the blogs where my posts were, got deleted. They either stopped paying the hosting bill, or never renewed the domains, so it was a waste of money. Never had any ranking increases at all.
Do you have any samples that I could look at or blurred screen shot samples?
Lastly, after a blog is full of a high number of posts/pages, do you REALLY stop posting on it, so its not heavily spammed?

DA ranges from 15 to 40. Average DA of network is 20-22
PA ranges from 20 to 45. Average PA of network is 27
TF ranges from 10 to 30. Average TF of network is around 13-14.

Realistically you can expect your link to be alive for 2-3 years but the guarantee in OP is of 1 year.

The OBL limit is capped to 25-30.
