Also, I never received an order completion email for my previous order back on 29 November and tried to contact you a few times as well but no response. Transaction ID was 292P. Any news on that?

Thank you. We don't give completion emails but I apologize for our staff not getting back to you. Your previous order is now done. We had a glitch in the system so some orders got delayed. we've fixed those so new orders won't have this issue.
